Bob has 35 plus years in business experience working with Fortune 500 as well as private businesses in manufacturing, printing, and direct marketing agency roles. He has held a number of senior mgt. positions with a track record of repetitive success developing and refining teams focused on a common goal primarily in the sales and operations arenas. He has coached teams that have generated from a few million to a few hundred million in volume.
Bob lives in Centerville Ohio and earned his degree in Ag. Economics from The Ohio State University where he still is active as a guest lecturer and national marketing team coach.

He came to Dayton as President and Publisher of the Dayton Business Journal after assignments as diverse as president of a healthcare technology company, founder of a telephony service and leader of multiple successful small business turnarounds.
In less than eight months, Arthur guided one organization in the transition from money losing to the number one business unit in an international chain. “The challenges are always unique,” he says, “but in this case, success was driven by getting the ‘right people on the bus and the wrong people off’, while keeping the focus on doing the right things well.”

He is also a certified Achieve Global trainer who has developed and led multiple sales, internet and management training programs.
He is an active member of the community, serving on various business advisory boards, as treasurer of Ohio Robotics, Inc., producer of multiple STE(A)M education programs, former board member of Dayton Chamber of Commerce and as past president of the Miami Valley Council Boy Scouts of America.
